Teague was born and raised in Iowa City and graduated from the University of Iowa in 2013 with a degree in finance from the Tippe School of Business. In the same year, he received his real estate license and has been active in the local market, providing services including residential and commercial sales, commercial leasing, and property management. He has been an integral part of the growth of Westwinds Real Estate for over a decade. Teague earned his Broker’s license in 2021 and now leads the Case Group Realty Team. He currently lives on the east side of Iowa City with his wife Brenda, sons Julien & Sebastian and dog Winnie.

Eamon oversees the team’s organizational process to ensure productivity and quality. With a background in finance and business development, Eamon’s expertise ensures everything runs like a well-oiled machine. As a lifelong Iowa City resident and proud Iowa alumni, Eamon’s true passion is the Hawkeye community. In his free time, you can catch him passionately cheering on his favorite sports teams (Hawkeyes!) or taking a leisurely stroll with his wife, Nicki, and furry companion, Lennon. Eamon’s blend of professionalism and genuine love for the Iowa City area shapes our success behind the scenes, ensuring every transaction is finely tuned for excellence and customer satisfaction.

Clare is the driving force behind flawless real estate transactions. As an Okoboji native, she’s had an affinity for homes from a young age. Clare is a University of Iowa grad and has enjoyed living in Iowa City for the past 10 years. After obtaining her real estate license in 2021, Clare began coordinating sales for the brokerage. When she’s not putting deals together, she loves trying new restaurants and catching flicks at Film Scene. Clare and her husband, Nate, love residing in the Longfellow neighborhood with their two cats. Clare’s precision and dedication elevate every transaction from start to finish.

Iowa City native raised building houses alongside his father, David has real estate in his blood.
